This Is Not a Government Office. Maverick County Warrant Records is privately operated and is not connected to a court, sheriff, police department, or state agency. It cannot tell you whether a warrant exists or recall, clear, or accept payment on one.
Where to Request Official Information
Use the court named on the citation, case notice, or order. If the issuing court is unclear, call the relevant office and ask who maintains the file before visiting.
- Maverick County Sheriff's Office: 1051 Balboa-Jones Memorial Boulevard, Eagle Pass, TX 78852; 830-773-2321. The county does not publish a dedicated warrant line, public warrant counter hours, or a surrender handout. Call first and ask for routing.
- District Clerk: 500 Quarry Street, Suite 5, Eagle Pass; 830-773-2629. This is the records contact for the 293rd and 365th District Courts. Passport hours listed by the clerk should not be assumed to apply to criminal records.
- 293rd and 365th District Courts: the 293rd is at 500 Quarry Street, Suite 4, 830-468-6850; the 365th is at 501 East Main Street, 830-773-1151. Ask which district file or coordinator handles the case.
- County Court and County Clerk: County Court is listed at 500 Quarry Street, Suite 3, 830-773-3824. County Clerk records are routed through Suite 2 at 830-206-8292. Identify the case type when calling.
- Justice of the Peace offices: JP 1 is at 1823 South Veterans Boulevard, Suite 3, 830-757-9201; JP 2 is at 253 Ruela Drive, Suite 3, with 830-206-8360 listed on the county page; JP 3 Place 1 is at 3905 Deer Run Boulevard, with a county-page number of 830-335-4854; JP 3 Place 2 in Quemado is at 19799 North Highway 277, 830-758-5993; JP 4 is listed at 1152 Ferry Street, Suite G, 830-773-9616. Some official directories conflict on JP 2 and JP 3 Place 1 numbers and JP 4's address, so verify before travel.
- Eagle Pass Municipal Court: 100 South Monroe Street, Eagle Pass; 830-421-5107; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; municipalcourt@eaglepasstx.us. The city court handles Class C and traffic matters, and its portal searches city citations.
- County open-records requests: email openrecords@co.maverick.tx.us. Include your name, email, phone, the likely court, and a specific description. The county says it responds within a reasonable timeframe required by law; no fixed turnaround or warrant-copy fee is posted.
For an Eagle Pass citation, the online portal is at Municipal Online Services. It is not a countywide warrant search. A records request also does not itself recall a warrant; ask the issuing judge or clerk about status and next steps.
