Maverick County Warrant Records does not host, compile, maintain, or sell an official warrant database or personal warrant files. The site explains where county information may be held, including the District Clerk, the relevant JP or municipal court, and the Sheriff's Office. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or a database about other people.
The Texas Public Information Act, Government Code Chapter 552, applies to information held by Texas governmental bodies. Maverick County's open-records route is separate from data handled by this private reference site; the Act does not turn this site into a government records office.
Outside Search Providers
Search widgets on some pages are run by other companies. Anything submitted through a widget is subject to the provider's privacy policy, retention period, and sharing rules. Those terms are not controlled by this site. Review the provider's policy before entering personal information.

Pages link to county and city offices, court portals, Texas agencies, legal resources, and outside search providers. Following a link takes you to another operator's service, where that operator's privacy terms apply. Read those terms before sharing information.

Personal data is not sold. Information may be handled by:
